Tasmania’s premier hands-on culinary experience. This weekend combines hospitality, exclusive culinary insights and artisan produce sourced direct from the land - showcasing in three content-rich days the quality and innovation for which Tasmania has become known.
The package includes 3 days and 2 nights of Tasmanian culinary delights, commencing on Friday morning and concluding on Sunday evening.
Scheduled weekends (min 4, max 8 guests) in English
Private weekends by arrangement in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish.

- 1 dinner with wine and local ales at the Agrarian Kitchen Experience
- 1 x 7-course signature tasting menu at Marque IV Restaurant (wine not included)
- Agrarian Experience cooking class at The Agrarian Kitchen cooking school
- Sourdough Bread Baking class at the Companion Bakery
