All Premier Travel Tasmania tours require pre-payment for all bookings. A deposit of 10% of the total tour cost is payable at the time of booking. No booking is confirmed without a deposit. Full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to departure.

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or direct bank deposit or Swift Transfer. Details will be advised with your Australian Tax Invoice at the time of booking. A Tasmania tours booking/ payment form will be forwarded to you and can be faxed to us with credit card details.

If you cancel your Premier Travel Tasmania tour booking we will deduct a fee of $AUD100 from your deposit if the cancellation occurs outside 30 days of departure. Inside 30 days of departure cancellation conditions apply as stated below.

We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance in the event you cannot travel on your Tasmania tour.


Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply for all Tasmania tours unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

$AUD100 cancellation fees apply prior to 30 days before departure.
30 days to 22 days before departure: 25% of tour rate
21 days to 15 days before departure: 30% of tour rate
14 days to 7 days before departure: 50% of tour rate
6 days to 2 days before departure: 75% of tour rate
within 48 hours of departure: 90% of tour rate
