Get the best of Hobart’s produce on a short morning walk.

Tour includes:

2 hours small group walking tour
Locally roasted coffee
Chocolate and cheese tasting

Your guide will greet you at 10.00 am – outside the Hobart Visitor Centre to begin your 2-hour walking tour. Your guide will introduce you to Hobart’s history while enjoying local delicacies. Start your day at one of Hobart’s oldest bakeries and enjoy a locally roasted coffee. Continue walking through Battery Point to the Salamanca area, where we taste a range of Tasmanian cheese creations. Our final stop is a local chocolate manufacturer where you sample a range of sweet treats. The tour ends at the Hobart Visitor centre.

Available any Tuesday of the year except all state and local Public Holidays.

Excellent, and great value

This tour was excellent. We liked the idea of a small group tour and it was great value. John is an exceptional guide. His knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing, is outstanding. We were always well looked after, had any questions answered and enjoyed chatting with John. Our vehicle was always clean and ready to go and we always knew what our agenda was going to be.

A fabulous Tassie road trip

Thank you for arranging the itinerary for us. We enjoyed it immensely, feeling, in the end, it really was a taster for many more trips in the future. The devil experience was a real highlight … our son really enjoyed it … as was lunch at Bangor vineyard and the Marakoopa cave tour! And of course amazing food, wine and gin along the way.
