Hobart, the capital of Tasmania, offers an abundance of sights to visit. Join this small group tour to explore Hobart including Battery Point and the Salamanca area as well as Mount Wellington for stunning views over Southern Tasmania.

Spend the morning exploring Tasmania’s capital. Hobart is a quaint city that features many preserved colonial sandstone buildings. The vibrant waterfront and Salamanca Place were once the hub of a thriving whaling industry. Visit nearby Battery Point where the historic buildings vary from grand homes to the humble worker’s cottages. Enjoy a scenic drive to the alpine wilderness of Mt Wellington, a 1270m peak, which provides the dramatic backdrop to the city and offers stunning views over Hobart and beyond (weather dependent) before we take you back to your accommodation.
